ABOUT ABOUT

No Limits: Improv, Affirmations, & Goal Setting Inspired by the Works of Percy Miller (& Other Hip-Hop Philosophers) is an engaging, one-hour remote workshop that blends the creative essence of hip-hop with the transformative power of goal setting and affirmations. Through exploring the works of influential figures like Percy Miller (Master P), Terius Gray (Juvenile), Gloria Woods (GloRilla), and more, participants will embark on a light-hearted and fun journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through improv exercises, affirmations, and discussions, attendees will be inspired to break through limitations, set audacious goals, and leave feeling both encouraged and empowered to embrace their inner badassery.

About Stephanie Rae:
As an applied improv practitioner with more than fifteen years of experience, Stephanie Rae has designed and led original, interactive programming for YouTube, New York Comic Con, The OnePulse Foundation, NY Juneteenth Festival, freestyle+, and more. She has also performed with improv teams and in festivals all over the world - including but not limited to The Groundlings, ComedySportz, Black & Funny, Baby Wants Candy, and North Coast - and has taught classes for improvisers from Louisiana to Liverpool.

As leader and founder of the Black Improv Alliance, Stephanie serves as Creative Director and performs with house team Wakanda vs.Everybody. She is passionate about amplifying diverse voices and ushering more melanated folks into spaces from which they’ve traditionally been excluded. She also has a law degree from Georgetown - but mostly uses it to win arguments online

This workshop will be held virtually on Zoom, and participants will receive the Zoom information in a post-purchase message.
